The open-space kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware.

Since Pula is an antic Roman city, there are many monuments, museums, exhibitions and galleries to explore during your stay in this wonderful place. You can experience Roman ages by watching Spectacvla Antiqva – a show that is being held every few days in the Roman Amphitheatre.
There are several hiking and bicycle routes which you can take to explore the city and its surroundings.

Villa Speranza is located in Pula, in a part of city far from city noise, but close to all of the interesting contents. Guests have access to a private illuminated swimming pool, sun deck with sun loungers, outdoor dining area and a grill/BBQ. Outdoor lights are turning on automatically in sunset. Swimming pool works from 15th of May until 15 th of October. Guests have access to darts, foosball, badminton equippment, PS4 console, swings, slide and a small house for children's play. Villa is suitable for 8 people in total, which can sleep in 4 bedrooms with double beds. There is a possibility of 2 more kids sleeping on the sofa (upon request). Babies can stay for free in an available cot. Free private parking is available on site. Pula is an ancient city, most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus. Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches, gulfs, capes and surrounding islands with untouched nature. Nearest beach is Hidrobaza, pebble beach in Stinjan with crystal clear sea and lot of interesting facilities. Campo Grill is 1 km away, and it offers delicious meat dishes. Center of Pula is approximatelly 4 km away, and it offers museums, galleries, bars, restaurants and a lot of Roman monuments for sightseeing. Pula Airport (PUY) is 8 km away. Bus stop is 500 m away.

Villa Nika and Philippo share the same address, but both provide full privacy because they're fully fenced. Every villa has its private, outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The property is a perfect choice for families or for groups, as each villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Villa Philippo has 4 bedrooms and it can accommodate 8 adults + 2 children. 2 bedrooms have large double beds, and 2 of them have 2 single beds, each. Single beds can be merged or separated,per your request. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a BBQ grill. All bedrooms have AC units (newly added), en suite bathrooms and one separate toilet. Outdoor space provides a lovely terrace with dining area and pool. The pool can be heated in pre-season and post-season upon request, for a fee of 140 EUR per week. If you'd like to use pool heating, please give us a 5-day notice. Wi-fi, heating, air conditioning and parking on site are provided, free of charge. Pets are allowed with prior notice and with additional fees. A damage deposit of 300 EUR is mandatory upon arrival, and the hosts will return it upon check out, provided that everything is in order. Area description and nearby activities: Stinjan is considered as suburb of Pula, which is an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater and Roman monuments (Temple of Augustus, Triumphal Arch of Sergius, etc.) It has a lot of beautiful beaches, like Hidrobaza (1800 m), Lost Beach and Puntizela. They are known for its wonderful, clean sea. Hidrobaza is newly renovated, and now it has a lot of beach bars, parking spaces and sport fields. Visit Fort Punta Christo, with its homonymous lighthouse on the coast, and the famous suspended bridge in that area. Stinjan has a lot of nice restaurants, and our personal favorite to recommend is Grill bar Campo, which offers delicious meat dishes. If you would like to visit National Park Brijuni, you can take a boat trip from Fazana (approximatelly 6 km away from Stinjan).
